Well, I did it. I completed the series!!! It was a pleasure getting hella addicted to it, but now I must move on(and by that I mean to her bloodline series).

This book was fantastic! It kept me guessing until the end and I was constantly surprised. Although I am sad to finish the vampire academy series, I'm very pleased with how it was ended. Now on to bloodlines...

When i began reading this series, i wasn't too impressed. The first two books just lacked a certain magic - that power that draws you in and wants to love its characters. However, I think this book deserves it. No it doesn't shake the universe, or alter the way people think, and it probably won't be held up as a classic in years to come. But with all that said, this is a GOOD book. It's fast-paced, well-written, and full of unexpected surprises. It had good resolutions to some problems and leaves some issues open-ended. The characters are in no way perfect, but they hold their own and are developed well. This is the vampire series that should have earned all the accolades that a certain other series did. Well done Ms Mead.

WOW! What a perfect ending to this series! I loved it all! I cried, I laughed, and I was really scared for Rose and Dimka at times.
So well written, and I'm so happy about the way things ended.
I was totally blown away by who actually murdered Tatiana, though!
And I did feel sorry for Adrian, but to me, he and Rose were never really meant to be.
Still, I'm also happy that there will be more Vampire Academy books in the future, even if they won't follow Lissa and Rose like these first six books.
Oh, and I totally love Abe. The Zmey rocks :)
