This is my first book Ashley James and I loved it. Elias and Zeke were amazing to read. This book was not what I was expecting when I read the blurb but at the same time, it was. This book was on fire with the spicy. Daddy Zeke has a mouth on him and ohhhh my. I couldn’t put this book down. This standalone was a perfect read and I kinda hope we might get more from a few side characters.

This was so much hotter than I was expecting! I’m so picky about age gap, but this was done so well.

Insatiable Hunger is the third book in the Hidden Affairs standalone series. This story is a forbidden romance between Elias and his stepdad Zeke. They first meet when Elias is working as a dancer at a private party and he ends up having an unforgettable one night stand with an older man. They are both shocked to meet again when Elias's mother introduces Zeke as her future husband. They do their best to avoid each other before and after the marriage, and it helps that Elias is away at college. But after Elias graduates, he moves back home at his mother's request.

Now living under the same roof, Elias and Zeke try not to give in to the temptation, but their need for each other wins. Zeke is domineering, possessive, and overbearing while Elias is snarky, defiant, and loves to piss off his stepdaddy. I loved their intense chemistry and desire for one another. Their steamy scenes were SO HOT.

We do get to meet new characters as well as some old ones that make an appearance. Elias has a close relationship with his cousin Katie, who just so happens to be from Ashley James's book, Forsaken Desires. We also get a glimpse of other characters from this book including Knox and Aston. Such a wonderful surprise!

Throughout this emotional story, there are many secrets and lies that it is hard to believe Elias and Zeke will get their happily ever after. But after reading their journey, the ending will surely make your heart happy.

This story is great again, the forbidden, the taboo... Elias and Zeke have an unforgettable one night stand. But when they meet again six months later, it is when Elias's mother introduces him to Zeke, her fiancé. At this moment they don't know that they are still thinking about that one night. After graduation, Elias's mother wants him to move back home and work for Zeke's company. They try to avoid each other, but Zeke is very possessive about Elias. And this creates sparks and fire! What happens when the truth comes to light?

I just love a dirty, filthy, possessive lead. When they do it in another language? Pretty sure my brain melted out of my ears!

I have been waiting for Elias’ story from the beginning of the series and I was not disappointed! Elias understandably has guilt over the situation and tries his hardest to keep his distance from Zeke, but Zeke is as possessive and alpha as they come and has decided that Elias is his. The flames ignite between the two of them and it is smokin hot!

Everything explodes in spectacular fashion as one would expect. I did get tired of seeing everyone run away from their problems or confrontations. Also I felt that while Val felt upset she was lied to, she was being a bit unfair considering her weekly appointments? Just saying. Zeke and Val knew what was up from the beginning, so the term ‘affair’ between them was a little far fetched on her end.

At the end of the day, the heart wants what it wants, and Zeke and Elias were never going to be happy with anyone else. I appreciated the cameo that was thrown in for the housewarming party! This is an excellent story (I mean it’s Ashley James, come on) and it was right up my alley! Drop what you’re doing and read it like yesterday!
