So this is a super weird stream of consciousness ramble (intentionally so) but it made it hard for me to follow. I found some parts of it interesting but left with the feeling it was there to advance the AEW narrative. And I felt really weird about how he talked about alcohol and drug abuse and also his wife.

This is an introspective memoir of Jon Moxley. The stories are fascinating and well told. Lots of interesting and lesser known details about the ins and outs of professional wrestling. It's humorous and at times emotional. I really enjoyed this.

i’ve been a fan of mox since the wwe days, and this book simply felt as if he was sitting in front of me telling me a story.

it’s so raw and shows off his could “give less of shit” attitude that we’ve all come to love him for on our television screens. each story— whether it was a tale of japan and the g1, or simply him telling you how to make the perfect sandwich— was honest and thrilling.

I don’t know how you can really rate/review someone’s personal story, but I wanted to show my love.

Jon Moxley’s story was an insightful look inside his life and character for a professional wrestling fan. It was interesting to see how he got from getting his butt kicked as a child growing up in Ohio to one of the world’s most famous hardcore professional wrestlers today.

From the inception of The Shield to the “Wild Thing” Jon Moxley we all know today, this book was a hilarious, interesting look inside the man who whether you think it’s real or not, puts his body on the line day in and day out to entertain the masses.

I would definitely recommend this book who is in any way, a pro wrestling fan; and if possible, I highly recommend listening to the audiobook, as it is narrated by the man himself, and can hear him tell his own story in his words. Four stars.
