At this point I've spent so long getting caught up on the graphic novels that the fact that they're just sparks notes versions of the story is good for me. No shade on the Percy Jackson series, but I really think it's noticeable that these ones were more thought out. Still pretty goofy, though. Like, is he eventually gonna loop in every pantheon in world mythology?

I like Jason, but I'm too much of a Percy stand to give him 5⭐️.
Rober Veditti, through his lively art, has given The Lost Hero a fun graphic novel to accompany the original story.

what it is with rick riordan books getting awful adaptions. I’m not here to comment on the writing but the art the layout, it wasn’t my cup of tea and honestly I’m not sure it was that good. the layout had so many speech bubbles and it took away from the reading experience. And the art was just ugly I didn’t like it and I don’t think I could have enjoyed the narrative if I tried.
