Slow burn but man was it worth the read. The character development is so in depth and I can’t help but feel like I am right there in this story line feeling all the emotions everyone is going through. This book had me in tears from the emotions it evoked. The ending was fast and juicy. Can’t wait for book three!

I liked in this book the difference between Lilah and her sister. I liked how at just one moment she didn’t just decide she didn’t believe in her religion, and instead braced a more loving side of it instead.

Lilah story is so heartbreaking and I am so happy that she has finally found peace with a man like Ky that care and love her.
They learnt so much from each other and the storyline was defo better than the first book but I still can't get used to all the cursing, it completely ruin the book for me.

i really enjoy dark romance but i’m just not sure how i feel about this series HOWEVER for some reason i just keep reading??????? i have already read the first three and already have the next two downloaded.......but i did like this one a lot more than the first one! i felt like the relationship between Ky and Lilah was nicely developed and i really liked reading their moments together, i did think this one could potentially be a little more triggering than the first one so be careful when reading it because it touches many sensitive topics and the scenes are very explicit!
