What do you do when the person who fixes everything in your world gets broken? This lovingly illustrated picture book chronicles one family's journey through illness and death. While her father fixes everything from kites, to favorite stuffed animals, he can't fix the little girls mother. I love the way the little girl does her best to help her father through his grief process. Authentic and honest, this is a great picture book for families dealing with the harsh realities of illness.
