Kayley Loring has done it again. Another completely fantastic story. This series is exactly my jam, and I would love to claim Miles Brodie as my book boyfriend. I do suspect the line for that will be a long one! My favorite thing about Kayley’s writing is her ability to bring jokes and clever moments full circle. No line is a throw away, they have purpose. They either add to the current interaction, or show up again later to make a point or joke. She is really a brilliant comedic writer. She also creates these amazing characters and beautiful relationships, and I can’t get enough!

Before we get to the couple, I need to start here. This family, The Brodies, I can’t even with them! So.flipping.funny! The text exchanges feel like they are straight out of a sitcom. They add to the story, stay true to each personality, and are loaded with comedy. *Chef’s kisses.*

I love Miles Brodie’s inner monologue. He is so sad, sweet, adorable, gruff, grumpy and utterly perfect. He cares so much more than he puts on. He is so thoughtful yet no one but his daughter sees that. The way he cares, so deeply for those he loves, is book Hero perfection.

Aria is unapologetically herself. She is the ideal heroine. She gets it. So understands how things work and is mature beyond her years. That being said she is also fun and playful and the best balance for Miles. Even if they seem like any unlikely pair.

The way this story evolves is everything I could want. Miles and Aria bring out the best and missing pieces in the other in a sweet, hilarious, tender, sometimes ridiculous, and completely perfect way. When they come together it’s almost like they have the confidence to be a better version of themselves. It is so good. What an absolutely fantastic story!

Miles is a grumpy entertainment lawyer and a single dad. Aria is a ray of sunshine, a former child star and currently directing a musical that Miles’ daughter has a role in.

The banter and the chemistry between Miles and Aria is off the charts. I love that Aria wasn’t afraid to just go for it. She wasn’t afraid to say what she wanted and she wasn’t afraid to go for it. I love how Miles is grumpy, but he is a great dad and will go to great lengths to make sure his daughter, Macy, is happy.

There is just so much to love about this book. I love the progression of the relationship between Miles and Aria. I love that there wasn’t a bunch of unnecessary drama and miscommunication. There is some steam and plenty of laughs. Good Vibrations is truly a feel good book in so many ways.

I am pretty sure I could read an entire book of the Brodie family texting conversations because they had me DYING of laughter. Especially Mama Brodie.

If you’re looking for a single dad, grumpy/sunshine, rom com this is one to check out.

4.5 awesome stars!

I feel I need to start off by saying this might be Kayley Loring’s best work yet. The dialogue is sharp, witty and guaranteed to cause spontaneous laughter.

Without giving anything away, let me just say you will fall in love with Miles. He’s grumpy, but has a heart of gold. Everyone should want a dad like Miles who will do anything to see that his daughter happy.

I’m going to miss the Brodie family, but I’m also really happy they went out with a bang.

I do believe that Miles has now become my favorite Brodie brother. For three years he'd pined for Aria from afar, and she did the same. It was only when Miles got involved in his daughters dream to star in Aria's new musical that things between the took off, burning hot. As always, Kayley Loring delivers an epic Brodie romance, complete with a little blackmail, a meddling family, adorable kids, misunderstandings, autocorrected texts that go hilariously wrong, and a larger-than-life grand gesture. You'll want to keep reading for Mama Brodie's text mistakes alone. But the steamy romance between Miles and Aria is what makes this book a five-star read.

KAYLEY LORING HAS DONE IT AGAIN.

This is third and final installment of The Brodie Brothers series and it did not disappoint!

In the first two books of the series, we meet Miles Brodie, brother to Owen and Dylan Brodie. Miles is a retired model and current lawyer to entertainment lawyer to the stars. Miles is also a divorced father to 8 year old Macy. He is also known as the grump of the family.

Aria, the female MC, is a sunshine surfer/former Disney child star/child musical director. Aria is just trying to get by with her new passion of writing and directing plays.

Miles and Aria meet three years prior for a brief moment on the beach. They talk and realize that they have one person in common who makes a potential relationship between them off limits. For three years, they see each other weekly on the beach and at the coffee shop, but have no communication with each other.

Fast forward to the present and Aria is the writer and director of the current play that Macy, Miles’s daughter, wants to star in. The trouble is, Macy has no singing abilities. Miles just wants the best for Macy and will anything in his power to get her that part. When Aria agrees to the terms for Macy to star in the play, Miles and Aria are forced together and their feelings that they’ve both been suppressing, for years, for each come to light.

Will they be able to overcome the one obstacle that has been in the way from the start? Will the play come between them since Macy is the star?

As usual, I absolutely loved the banter between the main characters! Loring really knows how to write witty, sarcastic verbiage and I am just here for it.

My favorite thing was the text messages and emails between the Brodie family and also between Aria and Miles. The texts specifically had my laughing out loud. This just seems like the type of family that anyone would want to be a part of. Can I become an adoptive Brodie sibling just to get in on those group texts?!

While I am sad that the series is coming to an end, Miles and Aria’s story really left it on a high note!

This was a fun conclusion to the Brodie Brothers series with the family chat groups and the snappy banter. All the guys from the Name in Lights series make cameos, too, and I loved Macy and her intensity, how badly and seriously she took her "job" as an 8 yo who desperately wanted to act and sing and was finally given the chance with a little help from her dad. Her confidence and belief in herself was something else.

I love the Brodie brothers, I love Kayley Loring and I love this grump-except-for-with-her (eventually) hero and sunshine, straight talking heroine. I thought Miles and Aria were so precious and adorable together and loved watching them grow and create something special together.

Kayley always kills me with the text message/email chains she includes in her books, but the lyrics to the Alice in Wonderland musical she wrote for this book? Fan-freaking-tastic and an outstanding touch. I may need to get the audiobook for this one, because it was included in the author’s note that some parts are actually really sung and that’s going to be something special.

I laughed, I swooned and I sweated at the spice. What more can you want from a book? Kayley’s books always feel like a big hug and this was no exception. What a fantastic ending to the Brodie brother’s series and this delightful family.
