Really enjoyed it up to chapters 12 and 13 where I just couldn't get through the author's hypotheses about ADHD. The other subjects in the book were good food for thought though.

This book is jam-packed and thoughtfully written. The first part, at least, about social media, about focus, about what it's doing to us, is a must-read. It sparked many ideas and made so much sense.

Honestly I don’t really know how to rate this book. It gave me a lot to think about, and a lot to consider personally about how I interact with my job and technology… and in parts I thought it was one of the best non-fiction books I’d picked up this year. In other parts I found it kind of pretentious (?) and unpractical.

Overall would recommend, as both a comment on the bigger societal problem and for personal reflection it was time well spent.

It got way too off-topic in some places.
