It’s very corporate, but I think it’s nice to incorporate these techniques in self-talk. Some examples are: replacing the word ‘but’ with ‘and’ when giving feedback, empathizing before blaming, and getting two ‘yes’es to encourage someone to do something they otherwise wouldn’t want to do.

Really enjoyed this. I feel like the biggest take away was be happy. If you are happy then all the other things like smiling, not arguing, appreciating others will fall into place. Inspiring
