The Path of Daggers is... underwhelming. At 685 pages, it actually feels small compared to the books so far. The book is filled with a lot of politics, some good scenes but very little plot and character development. If you are here to know Mat's fate, sadly, you will end up disappointed. Nothing much to do here, except to move onward.

Another great entry in the Wheel of Time series. Each book continues to expand the story and flesh out characters. I love when events that happened across the world or in previous books are brought up as rumors by characters not witness to those events. A lot of major plot developments happen in this entry and some big reveals with plot relevance too.
