I'm not the biggest fan of murder mysteries in general, but this is definetly a classic. I liked the pacing of the character interview section and the end twist was honestly great

and hilarious. These twelve people got together and said fuck this creep. Good for them and good for everyone not involved for just deciding to let it go.

Not going to lie, I watched the movie first. And I really enjoy the story but reading the book was not as enjoyable for me. I just wasn't getting into it as much. Still, would recommend though if you are into the vibes.

I was actually worried that since there is a lot of Poriot novels that there would be some existing storyline in here that I was jumping into but thankfully not. I suppose the only common theme of the series is the detective himself.

A classic for a reason, I suppose! A few questionable lines due to the time it was written, but. The atmosphere was so good and all of the characters were fun to hear from. The voices from the narrator were excellent.
