a very intriguing start to a new series! ive been reading monstress, and the style shift frmo that series to this is very neat to see: night walkers is much looser and sketchier. that said, it works! i love the way this mystery unreavelled and im excited to read the next

I never thought I would laugh as much as I did with a horror graphic novel. 

I haven’t explored Monstress, so this is my first Liu title. There were some topics that were personally rather triggering, but that is for me to do a better job researching in the future. 

I am definitely interested to pick up book two and see how this world continues to develop. Seeing as my jaw was mostly on the floor throughout with such intense images and twists in the story, I think I need closure at some point. 

If you’re looking for a horror graphic novel that will leave you speechless, here you go.

This was an interesting introduction to the series and characters. The art is hauntingly beautiful and so detailed. I have so many questions that I hope get answered in the subsequent volumes!

This left me with more questions than answers but I felt that way about monstress too. I am excited to read more. I love the cosmic horror and the art is absolutely exquisite.
