Maybe one of the best books I've read in a long time. I got drawn in by a cute supernatural romance and hit over the head (positive) by incredible world building and hilarious puns. Can't wait for the next one.

I adore this. Nathan and Vlad are adorable together and I love how the author really took the time to develop their relationship before bringing in Ursula to the mix. The constant rise in tension in the background as you hear about revolts and the blight is superb. I truly cannot wait to see what happens in the next book.
