Silver Springs is at it again. Aurora a psychologist. This story was a bit different she was sent to silver springs to find a cult leader.....helllllllloooooo. When she picks up items at a story that shape-shift into her mates things get crazy. It sad to see this season of Silver Springs end after the next book.

Aurora is a psychologist sent by her mento to investigate Silver Springs. They both think that the city belongs to a cult, and they want to find the ringleader. But what Aurora doesn't expect is for 3 objects that she bought at the gas station to turn into shifters who also happen to be her mates. Aurora doesn't trust them nor the magic that pulled them together, but she needs to open her mind if she wants the happy-ever-after that she had always dreamed.

This was another cute stories in the Silver Springs world. I really liked how Aurora tried to find a logical explanation about what was going on and how it was possible to fall in love at first sight. Chapter 16 is my favourite. I don't know why but I laughed way too much when I read it.
The only downside is that what happens with her mentor at the end of the book happens too fast. It would have been nicer if it was developed a little bit more.

I was kindly provided with an ARC by the author, but I'm leaving a voluntary and honest review.

I've read all the Silver Springs books to date, and some of my favourites are those showing how humans fit into this wonderful supernatural community. The majority of them, like [b:Iclyn|55905264|Iclyn (Silver Skates, #13)|Melissa Adams|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1605530067l/55905264._SY75_.jpg|87121624], the previous book in the series, are happily oblivious. Aurora, on the other hand, is what happens when a very logical and scientific mind goes digging into what's happening in this quaint, happy town!

Aurora's reactions are wholly believable as she starts to realise the town's secret, and her mates are fun, quirky and honestly exactly who she needs in her life.

One particular plot line is tied up a little too quickly for me - I wanted to know more about what his motivations were, I guess - but it didn't detract from the story overall.

I've loved the Silver Skates season, I can't believe we've only got one book left this time round! I'm looking forward to that, future seasons from Silver Springs, and all the spin off coming out this year!
