I had to read this for work. There are too many quotes from people saying how wonderful the system is. Didn’t feel like it needed to be a book, as the system could have been explained in a PowerPoint.

I will save you some money and explain that EOS is yet another layer of busy work that managers add to make it look like they are doing something.

Read it for work and will be curious to see how it is applied in a non-sales environment (most of the examples are sales or marketing-related - I started skimming over them after a while because they weren't relevant to my non-profit work).
