This one kept me decently interested and there were some fun twists and turns, but overall I'm a little disappointed in this series. I hate the romance still :( I haven't liked any of the couples or been rooting for them, and I wish it wasn't the focus or that it was done better, because I definitely can appreciate a romance normally.

This was a great read, read it in basically a day. This had so many turns and twists but the complications of the story didn't confuse, only compelled me to read more and more. I think The Remedy and The Epidemic are so far my favorites of the Program Series. I hadn't realized they were prequels rather than sequels so I really enjoyed more of the world-building in this one with very real characters.

Quinlan and Deacon are such great characters. I couldn’t start the next part of the series because I couldn’t get over how much I loved these two characters, I wanted to know more even though their story in The Program is done. The idea that lies can protect and even if someone lies to you doesn’t mean you can’t still love them was haunting.

Somewhere between 4 and 4.5 stars. SO GOOD! Of course I'm not really surprised. I've loved every book in this series. Overall, I did hope for a bit more explanation on some THINGS and more about Reed. Luckily (per Suzanne Young on Twitter) there will be more about him in the final copy of this one! I'm definitely going to skim it at some point to see what changed. If you haven't read this series yet, doooo it.

That epilogue... I wasn't prepared for her dad to be lying! I'm glad Nicole, her boyfriend, and Aaron all are safe (for now?) I'm not sure when the next book takes place?
