There's always a risk when a pairing is teased for three books, but fortunately Angus and Nari lived up to the hype. They were surprisingly sweet together, given the antagonistic start to their relationship, and I even forgave the glossing over Angus's rampant alcoholism, because true love solves everything, right?
The serial killer storyline was so creepy, and I was genuinely surprised by the ending. My one gripe is that there was a bit of a lax attitude to safety - I was fully expecting poor Selena would get murdered, as she's barely mentioned, despite being a target. I'm also sad that there wasn't more of a tease of her and Jethro, I would have thought that her being a target of a merciless killer would have brought out his protective alpha instincts, but nah. You deserve better, Selena.
I really enjoyed the continuing focus on found family, the Deep Ops bunch are just a loveable bunch of oddballs. The fact that they are all moving to the same cul de sac whilst working together is perhaps a bit much in real life, but in fiction? Go for it. Who wouldn't want to be nearby for Pippa's baking and Wolfe's quips.
I'm hopeful there will be more of this series to come, definitely my favourite by this author to date.

Driven is the 4th book in the Deep Ops series, and this installment was such a fun one here. I absolutely loved it so much. I was so fascinated to see what Rebecca Zanetti would deliver with this one here. I really found that this might be one of my favorites of the series actually. Now I physically read this on my kindle, but I listened to the previous installments, so I do think that her books are best physically read if I am being honest.
Now this story was SO much different than I was expecting. Within this story we get the leader of the group and his story with the therapist. Now what is different about this one is that they will be fighting not only the one that they have been hunting, and the one that has been alluding them but also will have to face up to the government agency who is trying to destroy them and split them apart and put the blame on Angus.
I just loved all the factors that went into this story and the way in which we see how this team really has to learn to rely on each other when its get worse than anything they have ever faced until now. I just couldn't get enough of seeing everything that comes together on this one. I would say that this is borderline romantic suspense with romantic thriller, because while there is definitely a romance present, its not the focus of the story. But I did love seeing the way in which our couple: Angus and Nari really come together in this one here.
Overall I found Driven to be such a stunning read and I can't wait for the next one!

Driven by Rebecca Zanetti is the fourth book in the series, and although I have read none of the previous ones, I can say I could easily read it as a stand-alone.
Angus and Nari are just like smoke and fire in this story. Their chemistry and connection it's a unique occurrence that I’ve read lately, especially in a romantic suspense that kept me on the edge at all times.
There are so many explosive moments, both coming from their steamy scenes or trying to save their life on the rollercoaster hunt for the man they thought dead a long time ago.
The side characters are adding so much more to this story at the right time and overall it's one of my favourite books of the year and I love when I found new authors to read and look forward to their books.

I actually enjoy this book more than I had originally thought I would. Angus and Nori aren’t a huge presence in the other books, so I wasn’t sure how I would feel about this one especially since Angus has more of a dry personality. But I thoroughly enjoyed this book. You see a lot more of Angus and his personality, and find out a lot about Nori’s personal life. Their romance didn’t start out traditionally Angus was leaving, and Nori thought it was going to be her one and only night with him, but it turned into the perfect chance for them to give things a real shot. I definitely wasn’t expecting the second bad guy to be who it was, that threw me. Definitely recommend!

#4 in Deep Ops series. Angus & Zari's story. Throughout the series Angus has been chasing serial killer Lassiter & killing him, or did he. There's either a copycat at work or Lassiter really isn't dead. The whole team is being threatened and then disbanded. Zari is still fighting her attraction to Angus & trying to handle working with her ex & biological father. Someone is copycat killing people who look like the team so they work together to catch a killer & try not to end of dead. Roscoe is still up to his drinking & shoe fetish & Wolfe, Raider, & Jethro are pulling out all stops to keep everyone safe.

Wow! This book was everything I usually look for in a book. It had suspense, action, and romance that took you on a rollercoaster of emotions. The slow burn chemistry and tension between Angus and Nari started from the first book in the series and it finally came alive in Driven. The way Angus team works so well together is amazing. The plot twist in the end will have you taking a shocking breathe. It was the perfect end to this unit and tied up all the loose ends but it also kept it open for additional books. I most definitely look forward to more work form Rebecca Zanetti I can’t wait to see if she does more for this series!

Angus and Nauri have been simmering for awhile now so I was ready to see where they are going. They have mutual respect and great chemistry so I knew it would be an entertaining read. I love that Nauri is an intelligent woman in her own right and brought that to the table. I love Rebecca Zanetti and this series is entertaining.

Nari and Angus, finally their story, and what a wild ride. Not only is there the heat that has been on a slow boil between Nari and Angus, but then there’s Lassiter. The serial killer was supposed to be dead, is he? Angus knows he is out there.. While in the previous books in this series, Angus and Nari have both been the anchors, now they are in the thick of the action, and there is no loss of action here, one page after the other, you’ve got to keep turning.
This book, the 4th in the series “Deep Ops” does not disappoint and raises the bar. Romantic suspense only begins to cover the depth and breadth of “Driven.” All the characters from the previous books are back, and it’s great to see them, feels like reuniting with an old friend. This was a page-turner, and Rebecca Zanetti once again did not disappoint. Take a break, read the book, be kind.

Angus Force is determined to hunt down the serial killer he once thought he killed. But no one else believes Lassiter is alive, even after bodies start being found. It’s a race against time as Angus and Nari work together to find and stop Lassiter.
We finally get Angus and Nari’s story! These two have been circling each other since book one but they are finally giving into their attraction.
Angus has known for a while that Lassiter is still alive. He just has to convince everyone outside of his team that it's true. When new bodies are found he expects HDD to finally see the connection, instead the HDD disbands his team because his deal with them was up. Force is a driven man who will stop at nothing to catch Lassiter.
Nari Zhang actually enjoys the ragtag Deep Ops unit. They are like family, except for Angus. She has been fighting her attraction to him for a year but working closely with him to catch Lassiter changes everything. They finally stop fighting their attraction. Their relationship is very push/pull in the beginning because Angus keeps trying to push her away.
Nari was probably my favorite female from this series. She was smart and could kick some major ass. Even battered and bruised she still puts up a fight. I quite loved her. Also, her Mom and Dad were great side characters too. Angus has been a bossy, obsessive, and a drunk man through a lot of this series but in this one we finally see his true feelings. Angus was a lot sweeter than I expected and it just made me love his character even more. I loved these two’s relationship and can see them being a powerful team stopping bad guys in the future.
This was a great romantic suspense and a great ending to the series (at least I believe this is the ending). The hunt for Lassiter was action packed, dangerous and emotional. I wasn’t expecting some of what happened at the ending and it made the story even better. Also, Roscoe is still my favorite crazy dog.
