Tiktok made me read it, and it was well worth it. Well crafted twists and turns made this a decent story. Were some bits slightly unbelievable, yes. Did I feel the need to speed read the second half of the book, also yes. A good book to get out of a reading slump.

Unpopular opinion time. It’s been more than a year since I read this book, and I still don’t understand the hype. I get the feeling that people only rave about this series, because they feel like they have to so they fit in. I get how some people might love it, but to be so universally loved absolutely boggles my mind.
