Twisted Lies, book 1 of the series Blood Brothers, by Roxy Collins @roxycollinswriting. Roxy is a new to me author.

I enjoyed this book about Elvana, Rory, Cam, Link & Arben. It was slow to start with & I liked it enough to continue reading the series. Tropes: RH, no MM but with ⚔️, lies, & a cliffhanger.

Epic!!!!

Absolutely addicted from the first page. The twists and turns, world building and character development all come together for the perfect Omegaverse. And let's not forget that spice because knots are life and these are spectacular. Running for book #2 because that cliffhanger was torturous.

I am feeling so many emotions from this book but the main one is absolute ANGER. Roxy Collins writing style freaking drew me in from the beginning and she has made me absolutely hate a character with a passion. I understand the need for the end of the book, but I am so mad! There was so much betrayal and lies told to Elvi and we're given insight to everyone's POV that you can't help be mad but understanding at the same time. The freaking cliffhanger had me seething for book 2 and that's been immediately moved up on my tbr.

Thank you for the ARC Booksiren!

I got sucked into this one right away and far exceeded my expectations. I had fun picking who I would cast in a movie, Cam was giving a Hemsworth brother vibe. The spice was great, the plot was interesting and kept me returning to find out what happened to Elvana next. I do plan on reading the next one and I am notorious for reading #1 in a series and never picking up the sequel. Not this one though!

the lies

This is amazing fast pace read that is full of plot twists and lies that keep getting bad. This is a story we’re a omega has been lied to by her mother and finds out that someone is slowing dieing. 3 alpha take the omega and feed her more lies so they can use her against her father so they can find their mate Kelly. This is a dark read and ends in a cliffhanger and so good.

I thought this was a complete series, and it’s not, and it ended on quite the cliffhanger. I will say I can usually predict what will happen in the books I’m reading, but this series keeps me on my toes
