I REALLY don’t understand Yona and Soo-won. He killed her father and almost killed her twice!!

Behold! The SPOILERS

This volume still focuses on the drug dealing plot line with that Hyo dude and the consequences of Yona’s encounter with him. We get to see Yona struggle as she is injured from sword striking her back and it’s just so wholesome to see Hak (and everyone else of course) worried for her… I mean, my man feels responsible for it as he wasn’t there to protect her and he taught her how to use a sword. I also love how Ki-ja gets nervous when he stumbles into Yun treating Yona’s wounds but Jae-ha and Hak are like “hey, can we stay here” and want to see her naked.

Then we get to see a glimpse of Riri interacting with her father, Jung-ji and it’s the most hilarious thing ever. The man is so calm and hates it when people scream in his presence but then when Riri steals the golden seal his calm exterior suddenly melts into panic which is amazing.

Yona and the happy hungry bunch meanwhile move into another coastal town where we get to see Hyo again and he is as pathetic as ever. Not just that but when Riri comes to this town as well guess who she meets? Yup, non other than Su-won who acts as if he is a merchant and then he, Ju-do and the others become Riri’s bodyguards. And they meet Yona when Hak isn’t with her and I was screaming at that point. But then I was screaming even harder when she left with Su-won’s group with only Zeno by her side.

So yes, I was dreading to know what’s next when I finished this. The plot is very intriguing and even though the humor is still toned down as opposed the first few volumes I still found it very enjoyable and compelling so I have no trouble giving it 5 stars.
