The essays weren't always my cup of tea, but it was so refreshing and enlightening to read something about my interests and identities and the history within.

I learned a lot that I didn't know about the history of queer video games. The design layout of the book was really great. Some of the essays were difficult to read because they were written in complicated academic language with a lot of assumed understanding of queer theory.
