Molly is such a charming narrator and I enjoyed her worldview throughout the story. The pacing was slow for a whodunit, but still enjoyable.

Read it in one evening. Several chuckles. Nice to see a neurodiverse character. A bit cheesy at times but there were some twists I didn’t expect and a lovely message of embracing who you are.

The story of a young maid who has trouble distinguishing between who’s good and bad. Her willingness to help “friends” gets her into some serious trouble, but it’s that same quality that ends up changing her life for the better.

It was a slow-ish story of a maid doing her job, being “weird”, naive and ending up in trouble with the police. I didn’t think it would be very exciting but I ended up enjoying the couple twists at the end. Some bits were pretty predictable *cough* Rodney sucks *cough* and some parts felt forced, like the relationship at the end but I did enjoy the easy read mystery.

This was an enjoyable, fast read. Molly, the main character, felt like she was fully realized and had been thoughtfully written. I really enjoyed the premise of Molly having some sort of social processing challenges, without it ever being named specifically. I liked all the characters I was meant to like and would read about that band of friends again.
