A wonderful anthology of writing spanning the LGBTQ spectrum.
My favourites: The Instructor by Jess Vallance, The Phoenix's Fault by Cynthia So, Almost Certain by Tanya Byrne.

Basically all 12 contributors are writers to look out for!

In June 2021 copies of this book were delivered to all secondary schools in Southend-on-Sea as part of Jacqson Diego Story Emporium's "Book Elves" initiative.

This book is filled to the brim with short stories written by LGBTQIAP+ writers who write to inspire young members f the community! If you get easily bored with books or lose interest, then this one is for you, since they're very short stories, but don't be fooled, they are all very moving, and some end very mysteriously, which makes you wonder what happened afterwards, which made me think about this book for days.

This book was like being wrapped up in a warm hug. An amazing selection of stories told by queer voices, all of which warmed my heart one way or another. An easy read, since each story is very short and snappy, but no less impactful because of it. AND GAY PRIDE AND PREJUDICE!! What more could you ask for honestly??!!

A great short story collection. I felt so seen while reading this that I nearly cried multiple times.
