This was my very first Catherine Cowles read, as I went on a single guardian bender and was reading everything I could get my hands on. She DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
I am now a stan for all things romantic suspense and Catherine Cowles. This is the third book in the Wrecked series but can be read as a standalone. It follows Caelyn, a single guardian taking care of her 3 younger siblings after some nasty stuff went down with their parents, and Griffin, a bit of a loner who is still processing his grief after losing his entire family years previously.
The entire found family aspect with Caelyn and her friends was just *chef’s kiss*. I loved how much Griffin showed up not just for Caelyn but for the kids too. The growing relationship between the two was beautiful to watch and see Griffin let down his guard and really embrace this family was so satisfying.
Griffin is another addition to the Book Boyfriend docket in all his grumpy glory. This is an auto reread for me and I can’t recommend it enough.

This was such an amazing book that made me feel all the feels and kept me on edge. Such a perfect blend of heartache and suspense and romance! Absolutely loved it!

Third book in the Wrecked series and yet another amazing story
I loved Caelyn’s relationship with her siblings and how selfless she is when it comes to them
I have been dying for Griffin’s book since getting a glimpse in book one and it did not disappoint. I loved seeing how Caelyn and her siblings gradually broke through how closed off his heart was.
Catherine’s books always have just the right amount of romance mixed with suspense and all her hero’s are perfectly swoon-worthy.
Another five star book from Catherine and I cannot wait for the next book in the series
