I liked this book more than I expected to, having never heard of the author before. I have a sister, but the book is mostly dealing with alcoholism, which I have no experience with. I was surprised and a little disappointed that, for a Harlequin published novel, there was no spice! lol. But it was a good read, it got me more interested than my concurrent read, a genre book sequel, which I thought I would like better! I probably won't be seeking out this author again, but if she sent me another free book, I would happily read it! lol
