What is love, and how does it fit into revolution? This acclaimed philosopher examines this as his premise, tracing the relationship between love and revolution in several well known revolutionary eras, including the October Revolution and the Vietnam protests, spanning from free love to restricted love, and the reconciliation of personal with revolutionary aspirations. In essence, the author comes to the conclusion that love in itself is revolutionary and can be used to spur revolution, and that love for people and cause should be primary.
