I thoroughly enjoyed this, especially as I listened to a version read by Bamford herself. I just wish it had been longer.

This was a very funny memoir by a very funny person. Bamford goes into some pretty heavy topics in a way that I found was incredibly raw and honest while incorporating her humor like layers of a flaky croissant. I highly recommend listening to the audiobook, read by Bamford. I usually don't like audiobooks with sound effects but the ones in this weren't distracting.

I know oversharing is a problem for her, but it sure is refreshing and validating to hear her experience..
A fluff-free, amazingly honest and amusing tour through a difficult life of mental illness.
