i’m not too familiar with the thriller/mystery genre so this one felt like a pretty good introduction. nothing extraordinary or shocking, but a solid story nonetheless.

Wow. Amazing read that I couldn’t put down. This Whisper Man kept me on edge from the moment it started trying to figure out how all the characters fit together that was slowly unraveled throughout the book in ways I didn’t expect. It was thrilling and a great read. This book was very well written and even frightened me at points that I checked to make sure my doors and windows were locked no less than 4 times each night of reading the book.
Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a thriller that keeps you on edge. Very glad this was one of the August BOTM.

What a creepy thriller! I found myself in the “just a little bit more” club here and didn’t want to put it down. There is a lot going on here with the characters and multiple moving plot lines, but I was suckered in right from the start.

I LOVED this book! It had me captivated from the beginning. I personally enjoyed the different perspectives the story offers and the storyline the author gives. The book has a plethora of twists and turns that keep you wondering throughout the entire book. Some of the points in the book were a little predictable, but only because the author slowly clues you into it. Even with these predictable points, I found myself wanting to keep reading at all times. I am not usually one to be creeped out easily, but boy were there times I didn't want to go downstairs after I put the book down.
However, with all of that being said, I will have to agree with my fellow readers. I think the ending felt very rushed and I was, honestly, expecting more. I was a little disappointed with how the author decided to end it. The ending was still great and chilling, but very abrupt. I wanted to know more about character development and storylines. As I have mentioned, I still thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it!
