challenging reflective slow-paced
The quasi-epistolary form of these poems is interesting and effective in creating a deeply reflective tone. The lovely evocative  language explores the liminal boundary between human/nature. Reoccurring descriptions of fur and hunters, moss and roots and organs made sense to me. I was unsure of what to make of the repeated imagery of camellia flowers. Still.. So so wonderfully beautiful.
