Funny, quirky little story about Puck and Ash. Puck always has a prank up his sleave, and this story was no different in that concern.

These short stories between the main story is just the cutest. I love how it complete the story. These stories also add a little context and makes you love these characters even more!

Just a short little side quest. Not sure that it really adds to the story but it’s nice and short, and serves as a bridge between books.

Ash, my love, I've missed you so much!! +.+
I've know for a while that you'll be a wonderful daddy because I am sure that you would never submit your own child to the kind of Hell that you were submitted, but once again you showed that I was right. :D
The sweet way you treated that poor little girl, Lea's toy, holding her carefully and gently in your arms. *sigh*
Going on, I was totally outraged when Oberon showed up and tried to convince Puck into killing Ash!! That vile bastard!! How dared him?? :@@
First, he treats Meghan like she is nobody to him and then he think he knows who is better for her?? Doesn't he know that she is happy with Ash, her true soulmate??
And I was even more outraged when Puck was seriously considering doing it!! I was like "Puck, don't you even think about it!! I'll hate you forever!!".
Finaly, can you imagine the depth of my outrage when Puck exposed Ash's doppelganger and I thought that it was really Ash?? If I was there, I would have killed Puck!!
But thank God, everything ended up well :)
Love you, Ash +.+

I don't like Puck. I don't think this will ever change, but I do very much enjoy this silly world Julie Kagawa has created and moulded into her own.

Of all the novella's this one might be my favorite of the series. Told by Puck we get to see what is happening in his head. Just how much he loves Meghan. What kind of mischief he can manage. We also see his dark side that he keeps hidden. Ash we know has a dark side but we never see Pucks.

Love the Iron Fey! This novella really gave an insight to what Puck feels for Meghan and the sacrifice he makes for her to be happy.

Oh how I love me some Puck short story. He is my absolute favorite and we have Ash in this one too? That’s like the cherry on top. Their bickering, their banters, and death threats? Man how I live for their death threats. This was truly a fun read and I can’t wait to get started on the next book ASAP.
