My thoughts: 17% - OMG. First red flag "a sweet romantic comedy" is the subtitle, next the prologue is over the top. Note to self: Just because it's free and short doesn't mean you have to read it.
I've read some overly sweet books but this one was more obnoxious than sappy. I didn't like any of the characters especially the little sister. The plot was thin, the dialogue awkward and the ending was atrocious.
Recommend to others?: Maybe. I disliked it but you might enjoy chocolate-flavored nougat, rolled in peanuts and covered in chocolate, I don't.
