This book was really fun. A bit predictable at times but overall a fast and enjoyable read.

Elna Boureanu was cursed for seven years. After finally being able to break the curse she makes her way back home to Chateau Renard where was a vine witch before she was cursed. One main mission on her mind is to get revenge against the person who cursed her. But trying to get her life back and start anew and find out who did her wrong is no easy task.

I didn't think I would have enjoyed it but it kept me thinking about what was going to happen next. I was not really expecting the ending and who put the curse on her.

This book was gifted to me my dear friend Spira and I'm SO thankful he gifted this to me! This book is so amazing, I loved it! The story is very well written and told, I loved the characters and the way the author gives descriptions of both the scenery and the magic itself. The magic in this book is part of the Witch and it's so beautiful how it's portrayed and how the vine witches have a deep connection to the nature and their vines. This makes so much sense and it's exactly like that with real magic.

This book was fantastic and my favorite in 2020 so far!
