I admit it, he really got me. Even after watching the anime and knowing Kei is an actual, factual psychopath, he really almost had me convinced that he wasn't.
Props for his awesome characterization. Kei is honestly such a unique character. I also, like, wouldn't say I LIKE Tosaki, but at least based on the anime he gets better. And I'm kind of fond of him, especially the way he reminds me of Togami Byakuya from the Danganronpa series.
Although I don't recommend telling random children you're going to send people to hell. Just a thought.
