Omegas Sanctuary by January Rayne
5 Stars 5 Spice
While this story is quick, it never feels rushed. Lennon, an Omega who feels he's worthless and Acelin, an Alpha who longs for a mate. These two both crave more but neither know if it's going to happen - if they're going to get what they want. When fate gives them their answer, it's instant heat, explosive passion, and a deep love that encompasses both of them instantly. They learn together and they realize that things aren't always what they seem. It was amazing. This small glimpse into this world has me hooked and I'll be ready should January bring more of this pack to us.

Talk about finding your mate at the worst possible time. This doesn't stop Darian and Sam. These two attempt to fight the desire but they slowly work into giving in. Sam has fears but Darian is determined to make those fears go away. It was a little different in the aspect of how fated mates react toward each other than I have read before. Their human sides had a bit more control than their shifter side but I enjoyed it.

A different take on mates. Forced proximity brings out the truth between these two but, I feel that these two have a lot more to experience and go through. There was drama and circumstances that made the truth between these two become known I would definitely love a full length story for these two. It was my first story from this author and I wouldn't mind reading more.

This one took me a little longer to get into but when I did - I did. Mates having found themselves back in a time when it was "wrong" for a man to love another man. But these two, they push through that hate. They found each other without even trying and they weren't going to let beliefs of others stop them.

This story shows us that sometimes, you have to take a moment to stop and listen to what someone is telling you. However, fear makes you do things to survive and puts doubt into your mind. Because of this, Levi had to prove to Seth that what happened isn't what it seemed. It was a great story of reconnecting and learning how the truth can set you free.

The Challenge by Pelaam

The first half of this story didn't really keep my attention. It was hard for me to get into and felt a bit rushed. The second half of the story I felt flowed a lot better and was able to hold my attention more. Plus, I felt the second half was when everything started to pick up within the story too. Their love, desire, the drama. I adored the second half of the story.

The Stranded Sky Castle by L.J. Longo

I really enjoyed this different take on a shifter story. A war with witches, a wolf in love with a bird. The way the Rokor harnessed his power was new to me and I really enjoyed it. The way Tchen went about things - he lived up to his name. It was a great way to end this anthology

This was a great collection of shifter stories! All the writers were new to me, so it was an excellent introduction to their writing. Each author has a different take on shifters, so each story felt different. I would say my favourite story was Omegas Sanctuary by January Rayne.

We have Lennon, an omega who has yet to have his heat at 21 and is seen as barren and useless to his pack. Instead of being used in the pleasure houses, his pack Alpha sends him to the Omega Sanctuary, where omegas with no place in their packs stay. Acelin is a Pack Alpha who took over after taking out the former leader who had oppressed his people. There are no more children or families, so he goes to the Omega Sanctuary, hoping to bring omegas and find his fated mate. While they recognize each other as mates, Lennon fears his Alpha will discard him.

I loved this story! It was short, but the heat sex, possessiveness, primal play, and mpreg - all things I love to read. While very short, the pacing worked, and I enjoyed it.

Overall I enjoyed this anthology and have new authors whose work I want to check out in the future. I would also like some of these stories to be expanded into longer novels or series.

I loved these books and how each had their own unique storyline and that they worked out really well.

All these books did have a lot of steam and I did also enjoy that in these books. I do prefer Omega Sanctuary by January as my favorite out of them but everyone of them were really good.

I did love these books and I am glad I got to get the ARC for them.
