Daisies are forever changed for me
This book was incredible. I read it over the span of a 5 hour flight. My attention was focused on these characters and their story as it unfolded. I did not expect the journal contents twist! I had seen advertisements on TikTok for this book and I am 0% disappointed in what I’ve read! Looking forward to the cameo in The Devils Playground!

This book was good, until the twist at 85%. And then the book just abruptly ends.

This is a pretty average dark romance, doesn't break any new ground, with a predictable ending. I'd be lying if I said I was disappointed, because it's simply exactly what it says on the tin. MMC is a cop who has been stalking the FMC for a while until he eventually decides to kidnap her, convinced that he can make her fall in love with him. FMC is a SA survivor, and occasionally MMC triggers her with his actions, but it's miraculously fixed when he helps her get her revenge on the person who hurt her. In the end, shocker, she's just as messed up as he is. Bog-standard stalker romance fare imho.
