I really enjoyed the first 2/3rds of this book, but the third act was an absolute mess that not only made me pissed at the current couple, but destroyed the characters of previous leads that I had really liked.
Throughout the book, Jaxon acts irrationally about Keifer and Greer’s relationship but the third act… it genuinely was such a disservice to the kind, strong character from book 1. And the conflict being resolved with a simple apology - no.
Greer’s trauma is very understandable even when he acts irrationally, but the trigger for his irrational behavior was just weird. And then Keifer throws in a mention that he has trauma that’s never mentioned again to validate his reaction to the conflict. I just found it unsatisfying and annoying, especially when book 4 had a pretty similar third act breakup (also what’s with these alpha’s ditching their pregnant omegas for weeks on end in this series???)
This was always going to be my stopping point in the series, from book 1 I’d wanted to get to Greer’s book and move on if no other characters grabbed my attention. Maybe I’ll return to the series at another point or try a newer book from the author, but for now this is my end point of the series.

Kiefer realizes that the crush he's had on his best friend's dad, Greer, is more than a crush when Greer catches his scent. Greer is determined to do what he believes is right; even if that seems wrong to so many around them.
Kiefer is one of those characters that you will instantly like and be cheering for. Greer...well, I wanted to smack him upside his head more than once just to shake some sense into him. Will he stop living in fear of history repeating itself before it's too late for him and Kiefer? Will Kiefer be able to face his own fears? Well, read and find out. You won't regret it!

At last an age gap story and it's between Kiefer and Greer. Kiefer has had a crush for years but Greer is his friend Jaxon's father. This is possibly the best book in the series.
These two characters are so totally perfect for each other even if Jaxon tries to stick his nose in. This book has it all heat, drama, past issues, angst and cute kids. Greer and Kiefer's HEA doesn't come easily so you feel like they have earned it by the end, a great read.

Another amazing alpha/omega mpeg love story from Liam Kingsley.
Keifer and Greer. 20 plus years age gap. A tragic past of loss, and an insecurity about being claimed. All this wrapped up in an amazing love story about finally moving on after years of being alone. And a crush from years ago reignited. These two men are hot! And this story was sweet and fun and so full of love it was hard to put down.
