Y’all don’t even read this review, just go pick up the damn book. IT IS SO FREAKING GOOD!! If you like peaky blinders and the “don’t touch my wife” trope, then I repeat GO READ THE DAMN BOOK.

I will know no peace until I get my hands on the sequel

There were a few scenes that reminded me of Sarah J Maas books and some miscommunication but we ignored that this time lmao

Some of the worldbuilding was straight-up confusing even at the end and it was hard to follow.

regarding the action scenes, some of them made sense but the others were just like ????? but damn I havent been this entertained in a while!

I really loved the world and how each of the characters felt so defined, even if they were a little cliche for the genre. But the world was so fun and really such a good breathe of fresh air for romantasy!
I’m going straight into book 2
