Another great cozy! Love all the characters and the recipes at the end of each book. Curled up drinking coffee type of quick read.

Everything in this book is abbreviated and rushed. The ending is particularly rushed and predictable. I normally like this series but I was very disappointed in this installment.

First books her metabolism is a miracle and she eats sweets for breakfast lunch and dinner. Book four all of a sudden her pants are tight and she is on a diet. Make up your mind.

This series has been mostly 3 star ratings for me. They are short (which I've been in the mood for) but it's lacking the cute town and cupcake business details I was hoping it would focus on.
I like the old ladies detective aspect but other than that I'm not really interesting in what's going on.

Easy mystery to solve, and I am surprised Lexy didn't figure out Jack's intentions yet. Loved the good natured humour between the Ladies Detective Group!
