I love Forward Day by Day, the Episcopal daily lectionary devotional. I read it every morning. So when I ordered this Lenten devotional, I had set the bar pretty high. I was underwhelmed. There were three or four entries that really were powerful, in my opinion, and the rest I felt missed the mark.
