this is where I start reading beyond content covered in the anime and I've seen quite a few spoilers so I'm not ready for the emotional damage these next few volumes are going to inflict upon me.

This is the start of the end, I watched the season 4 finale before reading this and I think that’s why it wasn’t 5 stars for me. The animation in that episode is just insane, but this volume really made me want to buy all the other volumes right now.

The ever so famous infinity castle arc begins :D

I kinda expected Shinobu’s and the Ubuyashiki family’s deaths to hit harder, but it didn’t. Maybe because I was spoiled for it wayyy back in season 1 idk. Muzan could’ve been a little faster and killed him instantly but oh well.

well, the lighthearted hashira training was fun while it lasted...bc things escalated real quickly after that w/ pivotal plot developments like the kagaya vs muzan showdown and the start of the inifinity castle arc.

kagaya and his fam are real ones fr, and it's revelatory to see the hashiras' reactions to his *****. also learn more abt gyomei's and shinobu's backstories, and tanjiro remains my fav best boy (his interactions w/ giyu are A+). things are emotional, dark, and the stakes are higher than ever, and im filled w/ both anticipation and dread to see how things develop...and who will end up dying. :,)
