Really did not like this last part, had to struggle and quit halfway.
The author used a lot of stuffy details, at several points, and the main character got quite confusing in its development at several points. Even when you know that he has a split personality (at least three, maybe four?, that's how confusing this became).

This was a great conclusion to the trilogy! I am so amazed by Ludlum's ability to write a book where I literally cannot turn the pages fast enough. I will need to re-read all three books at some point because I know that I was skipping whole portions of the writing just to figure out what was coming next. Besides the great action, I appreciate that Ludlum also found a way to comment on identity and how all of us have parts of ourselves that we wish we could just keep buried. The premise of these books is so fascinating, and that helps to fuel the furious pacing of these books, too.

Yep. At least the original series ended in filling closure?

Very disappointed in this book as it was nothing like the movie. I'll take the Jason Bourne movies over this book any time (and I usually really like the book much more than the movie).

This book series is one of my favorites and so different from the films. In this Jason has to come out of retirement to face an old foe. It is so action packed, has plot twists and intrigue, but without being so convoluted you don't know what's going on. The Bourne Series is just the best!
