This book was extremely helpful for me. It helped me understand why my parents are the way they are, why I think and act the way I do, and what a healthy relationship looks like. I am truly grateful I listened to this book (I listened to the audiobook).

this book was incredibly hard to read, but incredibly useful in coping with emotionally immature parents. 1000000% recommend for those who think their parents may be emotionally immature, no matter to what degree.

I saw this book recommended so frequently. On here, TikTok, from friends. I finally gave up and decided to check it out at the library and to say it has transformed my relationship with my parents would be an understatement. I recommend this 1000%. I am going to buy a physical copy of this so I can highlight it and return to it if I need to.
