This book is kind of like Wuthering Heights. All of the characters are unlikeable and idiots. But worse than Wuthering Heights. I hate this book. I hate everything about it.

Interesting look at 1920's America and the opulent upper class culture. My first classic read.
I did find the Gatsby's character interesting until he kind of info dumped his life story in the middle of the book and removed the element of mystery. Although, I did like the imagery of him being stuck in the past of a relationship with the green light and being separated from Daisy across the island.

An easy and short read. Not a bad combination for one of the classics. Did I love it? No, something was missing to touch me.
