This book was Definitely not for me. However it is a book that will resonate with many. It is a book that deals witha topic that is not talked about enough and so am glad books like this exist. I was not the audience it was likely intended for.

This is a book that imo oversimplified mental health and also aged poorly.

[originally read in high school] this was another book that felt like looking in a mirror. i related so much to the main character's plight: mental health struggles, going to a difficult high school, no friends, finding solace in the struggles of others, and desperately searching for the will to live. an inspiring, but tragic, story that i recommend to everyone who has ever felt like they've finally hit rock bottom and need some light.

Honestly the best book ive read in a LONG time, maybe even better than The perks of being a wallflower. I read almost the whole of it over two days and it was the easiest most relatable book that ive picked up in a long time. I felt like the book was written about me as everything Craig felt ive felt identically at more than a few points in the last couple of years i dont normally reread books but i would definitely read this again. only bad thing about this book is the name craig
