A sweet, well-written novella. I found the most interesting parts to be those from the father's perspective, and I loved the snippets of Greek language used throughout. The pace is slow, but I like to think that this is a reflection of the slowness of grieving and healing, the novel's central theme, and also the slow, hard life of living on a Greek island.
