Like Attachments, at first I didn't like this book at all. I thought Cather was weak and a bit melodramatic. But then she - and the rest of the characters - started growing on me and I could t stop. The story line was hopeful and sweet.

I had a little trouble at the beginning of the book staying interested, but managed to read the last half in no time. I think because some parts hit so close to home with the anxiety... but as I turned the last page I whimpered a bit, as I wasn't ready for it to end (a downside of e-books). Charming story, though.

Good someone who's written fanfiction and been involved with a fandom, this book was dear to my heart. But that's not what the book is about! It's about living despite anxiety, sisters, mental health, abandonment and seeing what's right in front of you, good and bad. Looking forward to the spin off, Carry On, Simon and thrilled that Ms Rowell wrote it!

this book could definitely be a 4/5.

i think it embodied the different struggles Cath was going through really well. they were accessible and relatable too. the reader can feel the tension between the characters and the resolution in relationships was so cute
