Again, Meghan is an idiot. It's a good thing this is just a novella; I was spared from more instances of her stupidity. I was miffed when Ash implied that humans are overly sensitive and cannot control their emotions and when Meghan replied to that. Ash needs to interact with more humans, I guess.
The twist is not much of a twist, come to think of it. I'm just wondering how that character got in this book.

I’m cold just reading this.
I want to trust Ash.

It was alright but I expected much more for those small series in between the books.

This is a fun little tid-bit to read before jumping into [b:The Iron Daughter|7747064|The Iron Daughter (The Iron Fey, #2)|Julie Kagawa|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1271790654s/7747064.jpg|7030241]. This very fast-paced story takes place during Ash and Meghan's trip to Tir Na Nog. A Nice action-packed shorty that gives us some hints for what is to come. There was a lot going on here for a mere 50 pages! I must be patient and wait for my turn to check out the next in the series at my library >:(

I think it was a nice little adventure that takes place between after book one and before book two.

But it probably is not necessary to read this one, as nothing happens that would be important to the story itself.

It is about the journey from Meghan's home in Louisiana to Tir Na Nog and what happens at that journey.

This is good book to read in-between book 1 and 2. I did not read this as I did not know about it. I just jumped in to book 2 and I did not feel Ash's feelings or indecision about delivering Meghan to the Winter Court. I feel if I read this before I went to book 2, I would have felt the bond more and enjoyed the first few chapters of book 2.

An exciting fey filled novella!

Short, but filled with fey and action, Meghan Chase returns to Tie Na Nog but first must avoid the Big Bad Wolf.

The story was a bit predictable, but I still love how Kagawa describes the world. I just really wish I could see Meghan take a more active role, because she's more or less a glorified damsel and distress at this point.
