I HAVE CRIED A LITTLE TOO MUCH.

THIS BOOK TOOK A PART OF ME AND SMASHED IT. I AM NOT DOING OKAY.
THIS BOOK WAS SO WELL WRITTEN AND TO BE HONEST I EXPECTED "SOMETHING" TO HAPPEN BUT NOT THAT.
SAFE TO SAY I WILL NEVER RECOVER FROM CH 39.
THATS ALL.

At the beginning I was nearly turned off by the choppy writing and the my lack of interest in Indigo as a main character. However, as I read the book you can see why Indigo acts the way she does. The writing style wasn’t my favourite, overall the book was okay. It just felt like things didn’t go in to much depth. The fake dating trope, their relationship, things were just there and happening with no real detailed development. There were some cute moments but the book was a little bit of a struggle to read at times. It was just okay…

My mental health is not okay after reading this book :D

When reading the blurb and something on instagram it dealt with health issues I had and I usually want to read that bc I know I relate to them.

Indigo (fc: Steph Mandich)
- This is someone who I relate to a lot when it comes to anxiety and I understand what she’s going through.
- I love her growth and the way she actually did her part to control her anxiety something I can’t do-
- She’s so strong with all she’s been through and ugh I want to be like her.

Elias (fc: Alperen Duymaz)
- The most respectful and patient man ever!
- You absolutely want a man like him as a someone to have a shoulder to lean on and a protector like him.
- He’s really the best and just… he probably owns my heart.

This book was something I go want to read when I saw someone also wanted to read it.

This book I related to a lot with someone who deals with anxiety.

There was something that triggered me and now I am triggered. I read past it which was probably not the best idea but I was almost done with the book so why now just read the whole thing.

I didn’t not like the part of the book towards the ending. I wish there was a different way to go but this is what the author did.

Overall 3.5-75/5 stars. This was a good short read. Love both Elias and Indigo and the way they both grew as a couple.

It didn’t feel like a fake dating if I’m being honest.

Let me calm my mind down and we’ll find something to read tomorrow.

im so sad i did not stop crying during the last 20%.

It pains me that someone who spends so much time around me can’t see how hard I’m struggling.

indigo is such a relatable character she is so well written. it brought tears to my eyes at times reading what was going on in her mind.

Indigo has become every breath of air I take, every smile on my face, and every beat of my heart. She’s become my every day.

indigo and elias are so freaking cute. elias is so patient with her and literally her other half. they are perfect for each other. their communication made me so happy and they gave each other time and space whenever they needed it. they were so beautiful.

i felt what was coming around the corner so i thought i was ready for it but nope. i broke down and the tears just didn’t stop coming. they better have their avery and lucas
