I can't think of a more important book for everyone to read... I'm considering reading this book annually. Hard to believe that this was written so long ago, and is still so relevant. Definitely a must-read.

Possibly the most influential book ever written. The stories depicting each lesson are intuitive and productive. I recommend that everyone read this book...twice!

This classic leadership principle book is divided into 3 sections: six ways to make people like you, how to win people to your way of thinking, and how to change people without giving offense or arousing resentment. Throughout the book, there are numerous easy-to-understand cases that illustrate the principles at hand.
The book is best read, chapter by chapter and allowing time for each principle to sink in.
Recommend this for people managers in particular but also anybody who wishes to enlarge their circle of friends and improve their negotiation skills.
