Very informative in an engaging format, but a bit hard to follow as it jumped around a lot and didn't give as much context as needed. Stunning visual graphics.

An incredibly important biography of one of the most figures of the black power movement. The storytelling and design of the entire book is master class. I'm so glad to see a graphic novel make this story accessible to a wider audience, it can help remember the persecution sister Davis experienced and how she fought back. We can't allow this history to be covered up.

It was fine, but not very engaging or memorable.

Ok but jumped around a lot. For some things went into a lot of detail and then would just skip over time. Understandable for a graphic novel where they don’t have many words and pages.
